Peer Mentor Leader Application

The Peer Mentors are a group of 34 students who are dedicated to helping first-year students make a successful transition to Washington College. In early July, all new students are assigned to a Peer Mentor group. Peer Mentors communicate with members of their group throughout the summer and then provide leadership and support throughout orientation and the entire first year.

For those of you who are first-year students, your Peer Mentor will become your best resource to answer any questions you may have about Washington College and connect you with the campus community. Peer Mentors know that every new student comes to Washington College with a different background, varied expectations, and loads of questions! They have been through extensive training and are ready to handle anything you can throw at them!

We encourage you to read their profiles and start to get to know them now. When you are assigned to a group in July, your Peer Mentor will contact you by e-mail and then you can start the process of getting to know them and the others in your group.
