October 20--Trip to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Contact Kim Boughan if you're interested in attending--there are still spaces open.
October 26--The Art History Club will have a float in the annual Chestertown Halloween Parade (this is also Washington College's Fall Family Day). The parade begins in downtown Chestertown at 3:30.
December--There will be a holiday party at the end of the semester.
Next Semester--Trips to the Freer Gallery in Washington D.C., the National Museum of African Art in Washington D.C., and possibly the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore. We will be helping with the Chestertown Film Festival again this April, and hosting our own Children's Film Night where we will probably show Sesame Street's "Don't Eat the Pictures." There will also be a spring picnic, and, of course, the return of the Flamingo Fundraiser!
